What you are buying

The site you are looking at, built out to five to seven pages and put live on your domain. $500 today.

Then $50 a month for as long as you want the site up. That covers hosting, your domain, keeping the site maintained, and a batch of small changes each month (about thirty minutes of work, done within three business days). Anything bigger than a small change is quoted first.

Prices are in Australian dollars. Your receipt shows whether GST applies.

When

Your site is live within five business days of your onboarding answers arriving. The clock pauses whenever I am waiting on you, and restarts the next business day after I have what I was waiting for. I answer anything from you within one business day.

Revisions

Two rounds before launch. A round is one set of notes sent together. Notes arriving in pieces over several days are several rounds, so please send them together. I return a round within one business day.

Revisions refine what you saw on the demo. A different site is a different product, and I will say so rather than quote for it.

What you own and what I keep

Your domain is registered in your name and is always yours. Your words, your photographs, your brand and your reviews are yours, and I use them only to build and run your site. The site’s structure, code and motion are the studio’s and are shared across the sites I build; while you subscribe, your site runs on them.

You confirm you have the right to use anything you send me, and I can decline to publish anything unlawful or that you do not have the right to use.

Cancelling

Any time: reply to any email from me, or use the link on your receipt. Your site comes down at the end of the month you have paid for. Your domain transfers to you on request at no charge.

If a monthly payment fails, I email you and retry for seven days. If it is still unpaid after fourteen days, the site comes down until it is paid.

I can end the subscription with thirty days notice. If I do, I refund any month paid in advance and transfer your domain.

Refunds

Delivered means live on your domain with the enquiry form proven to reach your inbox. If your site is not delivered, the $500 comes back in full: ask, and it is refunded within five business days. After launch it does not, and you can stop the monthly at any time with nothing further charged.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Hosting and limits

Your site runs on third-party hosting and a third-party registrar. I keep it up and fix what breaks, but I cannot promise uptime they do not. Outside what the Australian Consumer Law guarantees, my liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid me in the previous twelve months.

Privacy

Enquiries from your site go to the email address you give me. I keep only what I need to prove delivery, and I do not sell or share your details or your customers’.

What is not included

No marketing, no SEO campaigns, no ad management, no online shop, no chatbot. I build the site and keep it up. Nothing is built that was not on the demo or in your onboarding answers.
